Crossing the Calavon plain starting from the magnificent village of Lacoste (Waldensian then Protestant stronghold), then partly taking the antique roman road "Via Domitia" with the troglodyte dwelling at Beaumettes and its typical dry stone constructions. This itinerary is one of the 4 stages of the European Cultural Route "In the Footsteps of the Huguenots and the Waldensians". It crosses the territory of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, from Mérindol to Saint-Hubert (Monieux).
